Christopher Joseph was born in Winterhaven, Florida and has been attending Creative Clay since January of 2022. He says the support of his sister and his mother have greatly impacted his life as an artist. Christopher's favorite mediums are drawing and painting, and his art is heavily inspired by his love of Japanese Anime and popular culture. In the future, he hopes to explore different types of art.

Question 1: When did you start working as an artist at Creative Clay or when did you first come to Creative Clay?

Christopher: My first time in 2021.

Question 2: What is your favorite visual arts medium?

Christopher: Drawings & Paintings.

Question 3: How about your favorite type of performing arts?

Christopher: Japanese & Chinese martial arts acting (Ninja 3: Domination)

Question 4: What goals do you have as an artist?

Christopher: Japanese Anime & Asian female characters that I made

Question 5: What has been your proudest moment as an artist?

Christopher: Pieces of any artwork. East Asia (Japan, China & Korea).

Question 6: Is there an exhibit that you participated in that you were especially proud of?

Christopher: My painting of Hand Fan Dance with Hand Drum at Academy of Senior Professionals at Eckerd College

Question 7: Who or what inspires you?

Christopher: My beautiful mother has always inspired me and pushed me to get my art out there. She always had faith in me and loved every picture I drew since I was 5 years old. Question 8: What is your favorite piece of art you've created or favorite performance you've been a part of?

Christopher: My favorite I created is Asia culture arts & paint of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Question 9: Is there anything you want people to know about you or your dreams for the future?

Christopher: My future is me making more money for any paints and custom draw of any Japanese Anime styles.
