Annie was born in St. Petersburg, but raised in Venezuela. She returned to the United States 10 years ago. After living in Miami for six years, she moved to St. Petersburg. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of South Florida and has taught for the Pinellas County Schools in many locations. She teaches ceramics and manages the ceramic studios for the City of St. Petersburg. Her favorite mediums are ceramics, photography and fiber arts. Annie enjoys traveling and learning about the art techniques of different cultures.
