Creative Clay presents a July virtual group exhibit, featuring the artwork of Michael R.

Our artists' joy in art-making is expressed in vibrant paintings, fiber art and mixed media.  Portraits, nature, animals, interiors  and abstracts burst forth in color and rhythm.

Michael R. has been attending studio sessions at Creative Clay since 1999. A truly unique personality, Michael is well known around the studio for his expressive mark making and text based work. His preferred medium is black sharpie marker layered over everything from newsprint to construction paper. Mike is also an accomplished and prolific painter who often chooses to work monochromatically. A consummate collector of cups and lover of water, Michael embodies an eclectic array of talents and passions that continually spill over into his artwork.
